The Well chooses to use social enterprise to develop business skills to help solve social problems; train clients in marketable skills, create positive interactions between clients and customers in the community and help support The Well financially. Each client will learn marketable skills to help them have viable jobs when they have completed the program.

The objectives that guide the creation and management of our social enterprises are:
- Teach clients to interact positively with the public
- Help educate the public about the positive changes clients can make
- Teach marketable skills
- Earn income
